Listen up y'all, I got a story to tell
'Bout a baby monkey, his name was Jimmy, he was quite swell
He lived in the jungle, swinging from trees
But he had a big dream, something no one believed
He wanted to go to the moon, yes you heard it right
He wanted to fly up there, in the dark starry night
His friends laughed and said it couldn't be done
But Jimmy was determined, he wouldn't be outdone
He built a rocket ship, with bananas and duct tape
He packed some snacks and said his goodbyes, it was time to escape
With a countdown of 3, 2, 1
Jimmy blasted off, his journey had begun
He soared through the sky, with the earth down below
He felt the thrill, he was ready to go
As he reached the moon, he let out a cheer
He couldn't believe it, he was finally here
He bounced around, in the low gravity
He sang and danced, oh what a sight to see
He even made friends with some aliens up there
They played games and had fun, it was beyond compare
But as the sun set, it was time to go back
Jimmy hopped in his ship, he was a little sad
But he knew he had to go, back to his home
He promised to visit, the moon was now his second home
He landed safely, back in the jungle
His friends were amazed, they saw him and stumbled
Jimmy had done it, he went to the moon
He showed them anything is possible, if you just believe in you
So let this be a lesson, from Jimmy the monkey
Dream big and reach for the stars, don't let anyone tell you you're funky
You can do anything, if you set your mind free
Just like Jimmy, the baby monkey who went to the moon, and now he's living his dream.
