Bourbon Cocktails

The CRFTD

Ingredients:

3 oz Bourbon

2 bar spoons Luxardo cherry syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

2 dashes Cherry Bark Vanilla bitters

Instructions: Rinse glass with absenthe then dump, add lemon twist, add ingredients and stir 60 times. Add ice, stir additional 60 times.

Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

2 1/4 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

4 dashes Cherry Bark Vanilla bitters

1 egg white

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice until shaker is chilled and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. 1 pinch of Cardamom on top.

Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

3 oz Bourbon

1 sugar cube or bar spoon simple syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

2 dashes Cherry Bark Vanilla bitters

Instructions: Muddle sugar and bitters in a glass. Add bourbon and ice, stir 60 times, and garnish with an orange twist.

Mint Julep

Ingredients:

2 1/4 oz Bourbon

4 fresh mint leaves

1 tsp sugar

2 tsp water

Instructions: Muddle mint, sugar, and water in a glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice, add bourbon, and stir until the glass is frosted.

Manhattan

Ingredients:

2 1/4 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz sweet vermouth

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions: Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Boulevardier

Ingredients:

2 1/4 oz Bourbon

1 oz Campari

1 oz sweet vermouth

Instructions: Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Bourbon Smash

Ingredients:

2 1/4 oz Bourbon

1/2 lemon, cut into wedges

4 fresh mint leaves

3/4 oz simple syrup

Instructions: Muddle lemon, mint, and syrup in a shaker. Add bourbon and ice, shake, and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Brown Derby

Ingredients:

2 1/4 oz Bourbon

1 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice

1/2 oz honey syrup

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Paper Plane

Ingredients:

3/4 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz Aperol

3/4 oz Amaro Nonino

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.

Gold Rush

Ingredients:

2 1/4 oz Bourbon

1/2-3/4 oz honey

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

New York Sour

Ingredients:

2 1/4 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz red wine (float)

Instructions: Shake bourbon, lemon juice, and syrup with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice. Gently float red wine on top.
